Exceptional measure with Logistics

associated services of the highest quality. In a constantly evolving global landscape, we remain determined to
ensure the continuity of our supplies and to maintain the scientific excellence you expect from us.

Over the past several months, geopolitical tensions in the Middle East have caused an exceptional surge in
energy prices. These increases have a direct and significant impact on our operations and our entire supply chain.

We would like to inform you that, effective April 1, 2026, a 5% price adjustment will be applied to our logistics
services (packaging + transport) to address the soaring energy costs.

This adjustment allows us to preserve the quality of our services, the genetic rigor of our strains, and the
reliability of our models – all essential elements for the success of your research projects.

We will closely monitor market developments over the coming weeks , and the surcharge may be adjusted based
on the situation; in particular, it will be removed once energy prices return to January 2026 levels.

In the meantime, we will continue to leverage our purchasing and operational capabilities to absorb these
inflationary pressures as much as possible.
