The rederivation (or decontamination) by embryo transfer allows you to obtain SOPF (free of pathogens and some opportunistic microorganisms) animals from infected animals.
Decontamination may be necessary to remove the influence of infectious agents on an experiment. It is also necessary to securely exchange a line with a colleague based on the health status of the respective animal facilities.

Transmission of regular reports at each stage during the follow-up of the project

Electronic identification of the SOPF animals obtained from the strain

Sampling of tail biopsies (or ear biopsies if you prefer)

Creation of a genotyping file (number of biopsy and identification number of the animal)

Shipment of the biopsies and shipment of the genotyping file to the customer

Receipt of the genotyping results and of the selection of animals of interest made by the customer before shipment

Supply of a chip reader along with the delivery of SOPF animals with the health certificate
