Sampling and storage of biopsies for potential genotype control

Natural mating of your males with our females or with JANVIER LABS WT females of the corresponding genetic background or of another background of your choice

Collection of embryos and successive washes of the embryos with sterile medium

Transfer of washed embryos to recipient “pseudopregnant” SOPF females

Housing of reimplanted females in isolators

Transmission of regular reports at each stage during the follow-up of the project

Electronic identification of the SOPF animals obtained from the strain

Sampling of tail biopsies (or ear biopsies if you prefer)

Creation of a genotyping file (number of biopsy and identification number of the animal)

Shipment of the biopsies and shipment of the genotyping file to the customer

Receipt of the genotyping results and of the selection of animals of interest made by the customer before shipment

Supply of a chip reader along with the delivery of SOPF animals with the health certificate

A complete SOPF health control

Shipment of SOPF animals according to your needs or transfer of the colony to customized breeding

Keeping the remainder of your original animals 15 days after shipment of the healthy animals
