Information on the discontinuation of Dark Agouti rats

Dear Partners,

JANVIER LABS will halt the sale of Dark Agouti rats, according to the following timeline:

• October 10th, 2026: end of Dark Agouti rats orders
• December 31st, 2026: end of Dark Agouti rats deliveries

This decision was driven by the shifting demands within the research community, and the need to allocate
resources in a way that allows us to continue delivering the highest quality of models to the scientific
community as a whole.

We can offer solutions for producing specific batches or for maintaining a dedicated breeding programme.
Our team is also available to provide guidance on alternative models that may be suitable for your research.

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or specific needs you may have.

Thank you for your understanding and for your continued partnership.

Sincerely,

Anthony Clouard
